1. PC Material

Polycarbonate(PC), is a colorless, unqualitative thermoplastic material.

Performance & Characteristics:

①Polycarbonate is acid and oil resistant. Not resistant to ultraviolet light, not resistant to strong alkali.

②Polycarbonate is colorless, heat resistant, impact resistant, flame retardant, and has excellent mechanical properties at normal operating temperatures. Compared with polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate has good impact resistance, high refractive index and good processing performance. It has UL94 V-0 flame retardant performance without additives.

2. PS Material

Polystyrene (PS) is a colorless, transparent thermoplastic with a glass transition temperature above 100 °C.

Performance & Characteristics:

①Colorless and transparent, free to color, with excellent electrical properties, especially high frequency characteristics, second to F-4, PPO. In addition, it is second only to methacrylic resin in terms of light stability, but the radiation resistance is the strongest among all plastics. The most important characteristic of polystyrene is that it has very good thermal stability and fluidity during melting, so it is easy to form, especially injection molding, and is suitable for mass production. The molding shrinkage rate is small, and the dimensional stability of the molded article is also good.

②It has good electrical properties, volume resistivity and surface resistivity are as high as 10^16~10^18Ω·cm and 10^15 ~ 10^18Ω respectively. The dielectric loss tangent is extremely low and is not affected by changes in frequency and ambient temperature and humidity. It is an excellent electrical insulating material.

③It has excellent optical properties, light transmittance of 88% to 92%, and refractive index of 1.59 to 1.60.

④Good corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, poor oxidation resistance

3.HIPS Material

High impact polystyrene (HIPS) is an impact-resistant polystyrene product produced by adding polybutyl rubber

particles to polystyrene.

Performance characteristics: Improved impact resistance based on PS.

4. ABS Material

Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is a copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene.

Performance characteristics: high strength, low weight

5.PET Material

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is a milky white or light yellow, highly crystalline polymer with a smooth and

shiny surface.

Performance characteristics:

①Resistant to creep, fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability, low wear and high hardness, and the greatest toughness in thermoplastics;

②It has good mechanical properties, impact strength is 3 to 5 times that of other films, and good folding resistance.

③Electrical insulation performance is good, less affected by temperature, but poor corona resistance.

④Oil resistant, fat resistant, olefin resistant, dilute alkali, resistant to weak acids and organic solvents. Soaked in heat-resistant water, not resistant to alkali.

⑤Weather resistance, chemical stability, low water absorption, long-term use in the temperature range of 55-60 ° C, short-term use can withstand 65 ° C high temperature, can withstand -70 ° C low temperature, and it has little effect to mechanical properties under high and low temperature .

⑥It has low permeability to Helium gas and water vapor and it has excellent resistance properties to gas barrier, water, oil and odor.

⑦ High transparency, UV blocking, and good gloss.

⑧Non-toxic, odorless, good health and safety.

6.PE Material

Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing ethylene.

Performance characteristics:

①Odorless, non-toxic, feels like wax, has excellent low temperature resistance (minimum use temperature

can reach -100~-70 °C);

②It has good chemical stability, is resistant to most acid and alkali corrosion (not resistant to acids with oxidizing properties), but is not resistant to strong oxidative corrosion. Insoluble in common solvents at room temperature, low water absorption, excellent electrical insulation;
